Discover How To Cure Panic Attacks Naturally In 5 Simple Steps

Curing panic attacks naturally is linked to reducing your general anxiety. People with higher-than-normal levels of general anxiety are more prone to panic attacks. Here, you'll discover 5 simple tips to help cure panic attacks, and, why the first thing you need to do is eliminate your 'fear' of having another attack.

First off, here are 5 natural things you can do to help reduce your anxiety levels...

1. AVOID
STIMULANTS

Many folks with anxiety smoke and drink alcohol to help calm them down. But this is exactly the opposite of what you should do. These are stimulants that will worsen your condition. So cut them out. Other stimulants are; chocolate, coffee, tea, and 'red bull' type drinks.

2. EAT HEALTHILY

You need to help the body release waste, stop building up toxins and 'rest' more by eating high fibre low fat food. Eat less sugar. Consume more green leaf vegetables. By helping your body in this way you are helping it to relax more, reduce tension and so reduce anxiety.

3. DRINK LOTS OF FRESH WATER

Did you know that 90% of your body is built-up of water? And that dehydration is one of the major causes of fatigue? Studies have shown that a good supply of fresh water helps to reduce anxiety. Consume at least 2 litres per day up to, say, 4 litres, but don't overdo it.

4. GET PLENTY OF SLEEP

Getting plenty of sleep doesn't mean going to bed late and getting up late. Late sleeping can increase anxiety. 'Early to bed and early to rise' works best here. According to traditional Chinese medicine the body starts to rest at 11 pm and the later you start to let it 'rest' the more harm you do to it.

5. TAKE REGULAR EXERCISE

Isn't amazing how this crops up in nearly all natural remedies for illnesses, conditions, ailments etc? And it's no different in addressing your anxiety. At least 30 minutes of daily exercise has been proven to reduce anxiety significantly. But it must be regular. Stick with it and you'll see improvements.

HOW TO CURE PANIC ATTACKS NATURALLY - GET RID OF THE 'FEAR' FIRST

Now I said at the beginning that the first thing you need to do to cure panic attacks is to get rid of your fear of one. Let me explain...

When you have heightened anxiety and have suffered a panic attack (also called anxiety attack) you never ever want a repeat, correct? And that's because the symptoms were just so frightening. Everyone who has ever had an attack feels the same way; they don't want another.

The result is that it's natural in the circumstances to have a real 'fear' of another attack. This anxious fear adds to your already higher-than-normal anxiety to such an extent that a simple everyday stressful event can push you over the top and trigger another panic attack. So your fear is a critical element in your 'cycle of anxiety'.

What this means is that, even while you're trying to work on your general anxiety, your continual fear just keeps building it up. So you have to get rid of your fear first, then you can work on eliminating your general anxiety. And the 5 tips above will be even more effective because they aren't working against your spiraling fear.

But drug-based medications cannot get rid of your fear, only you can do it. And you do it by taking back control from your fear. You set the agenda not your fear. You have to face your fear head on, even embrace it. How do you do this? You need a technique or a tool to help you, but you still have to be committed. A unique, yet powerful technique, which has helped thousands of folks like yourself around the world, is outlined below.
